| Ya está protocolizada el acta constitutiva de la Sociedad, ante el Notario Público No. 204 de Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas. Se dió de alta ante el SAT, para efectos de contar con reqistros fiscales y se inscribió en el Registro Público de la Propiedad.
